Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallartas commitment to elevating the guest experience is an ongoing journey. They are excited to be shifting to a new phase in their renovation plans, here are some recent updates and new dates to their renovation schedule:
RENOVATION SCHEDULE
- April 28, 2025 – November 15, 2025: New Italian restaurant concept at Melanzanne. Italian restaurant with alternative menu will be offered temporarily at a different location with a fantastic Pacific Ocean view.
- January 12, 2025 – June 01, 2025: Improvement of existing emergency stairs at North Tower. Clearly marked and signposted pathways to the two available stairs will be in place during this period. Some noise and dust may occur in specific areas.
- April 01, 2025 - December 15, 2025: North Tower elevators renovation. Noise and vibrations may be expected in focused areas of this tower during specific timing (10 a.m - 6 p.m.)
- May 01, 2025 – August 31, 2025: Improvement of existing emergency stairs at Club Tower. Noise and vibrations may be expected in focused areas of this tower during specific times (10 a.m - 6 p.m.)
- April 01, 2025 – August 01, 2025: Renovation work and new bridal suite for Vitamar Spa. Isolated areas will be unavailable during this time. Heavy noise and vibrations may be expected during specific times (10 a.m - 6 p.m.)
- April 01, 2025 – June 15, 2025: Casa Grande Palm Roof renovation. The restaurant will remain open during this time. All work will be carried out in sections and isolated to ensure minimal disruption and protect the guest experience during operating hours.
It’s important to note that these areas listed above will be operating as usual outside of the timeframe listed and will not affect all travelers. The Hotel crew is working diligently to minimize disruptions throughout the renovation period.
